1. Introduction

Welcome to MOS Edu Seva ("MOS Edu Seva", "Platform", "Website", "we", "us" or "our"), an online education and learning platform operated by MOS Utility Limited ("Company"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website, courses, learning materials, assessments, certificates, mentorship, career assistance and other educational or related services offered through the Platform. By accessing the Website, creating an account, enrolling in a course, making a payment or using any service offered through MOS Edu Seva, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform or purchase any course or service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally competent to enter into a contract under applicable Indian law to independently use and purchase services through the Platform. Where a learner is a minor, use of the Platform, enrollment and payment must be undertaken with the consent and supervision of the learner's parent or lawful guardian, as applicable. The Company may request additional information or verification where reasonably required for compliance, security, certification or fraud-prevention purposes.

3. User Registration and Account

  • Provide accurate, complete and current information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your username, password, OTP and other credentials.
  • Do not share your account with any unauthorized person.
  • Immediately notify MOS Edu Seva if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Update your information whenever necessary.

4. Educational Services

MOS Edu Seva may provide online courses, recorded content, live sessions, assessments, projects, assignments, learning resources, mentorship, certification, career guidance and other educational services. The exact features, syllabus, faculty, duration, access period and benefits applicable to a course will be those communicated on the relevant course page or enrollment material. MOS Edu Seva may periodically update course content to maintain relevance, accuracy, regulatory compliance or educational quality.

5. Course Enrollment

Enrollment becomes confirmed after successful completion of the applicable registration process, successful receipt or confirmation of payment, and activation of the relevant course in the learner's account. Enrollment is personal to the registered learner and cannot ordinarily be transferred, resold or assigned without written approval from MOS Edu Seva.

6. Course Fees and Taxes

Course fees will be displayed on the Website or communicated before purchase. Prices may be revised from time to time. A price change will ordinarily not affect a course already purchased and paid for, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed. Applicable taxes, including GST, may be charged as required by law. Discounts, promotional offers, coupons or scholarships may be subject to separate conditions and validity periods.

7. Payment

Payments may be processed through banks, payment gateways, UPI, cards, net banking or other authorized payment methods. MOS Edu Seva may use third-party payment service providers. Users must not use unauthorized, fraudulent, stolen or unlawfully obtained payment instruments. MOS Edu Seva does not require users to disclose sensitive payment credentials such as card PIN, UPI PIN or internet banking password to MOS Edu Seva personnel.

8. Failed, Pending and Duplicate Transactions

Where an amount is debited but enrollment is not confirmed, the transaction may be reconciled with the relevant bank or payment service provider. If a transaction fails but the amount has been debited, reversal timelines may depend on the user's bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment gateway. Verified duplicate payments received by MOS Edu Seva for the same order may be refunded after reconciliation.

9. Course Access

Course access will be provided for the period specified on the relevant course page or at the time of enrollment. Users must have a compatible device, software and internet connection. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, security events or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control. MOS Edu Seva will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Course materials, videos, recordings, presentations, graphics, software, assessments, question banks, study material, logos, trademarks and designs are owned by or licensed to MOS Utility Limited or the respective rights holder.

Enrollment provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access purchased content for educational purposes.

Users shall not copy, screen-record, distribute, resell, sublicense, upload, commercially exploit, remove proprietary notices from, or provide unauthorized access to restricted content.

11. Live Classes and Recordings

Where live classes, webinars or mentorship sessions are offered, schedules may occasionally change due to faculty availability, technical issues or operational requirements. Sessions may be recorded for educational, quality, security or training purposes where appropriate notices or consents are provided.

12. Assessments and Certificates

Certificates may be subject to course completion, attendance, assessment scores, project completion or other criteria communicated for the relevant course. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a certificate does not constitute a university degree, statutory qualification, professional licence or government-recognized qualification. MOS Edu Seva may withhold or revoke a certificate obtained through cheating, impersonation, manipulation or other misconduct.

13. Career and Placement Assistance

Certain courses may include career guidance, interview preparation, resume assistance, job-related information or placement assistance. MOS Edu Seva does not guarantee employment, placement, internship, salary, promotion, business income or any particular career outcome unless a specific written program expressly provides otherwise. Employment decisions are independently made by prospective employers. Any placement statistics, salary information, learner outcomes or testimonials should be understood in the context and methodology accompanying those claims and must not be interpreted as a guarantee of individual results.

14. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, software, payment gateways, communication services, certification providers or other services. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. MOS Edu Seva is not responsible for independent acts or omissions of third parties except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. User Conduct

  • Do not use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers or systems or introduce malware.
  • Do not impersonate another person, harass instructors, employees or learners, manipulate assessments, share pirated content, scrape content without permission, or otherwise violate applicable law.

16. Suspension and Termination

MOS Edu Seva may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of breach of these Terms, payment fraud, account sharing or piracy, abusive or unlawful activity, security risks, academic misconduct, or requirements of law or competent authorities. Where appropriate and legally required, the Company may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

17. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the MOS Edu Seva Cancellation & Refund Policy available on the Website. The Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any non-waivable consumer right available under applicable law.

18. Disclaimer

Educational content is provided for learning and skill-development purposes. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain quality and accuracy, technology, industry practices, laws and professional requirements may change. Learners remain responsible for evaluating how course information applies to their particular circumstances.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MOS Utility Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform, including loss attributable to factors outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify MOS Utility Limited against losses, claims or expenses arising directly from the user's unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized distribution of course content or material breach of these Terms.

21. Privacy

Personal information collected through MOS Edu Seva will be handled in accordance with the MOS Edu Seva Privacy Policy and applicable law.

22. Communications

Users may receive transactional communications relating to registration, payments, course access, classes, security, assessments, certificates and support. Promotional communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and communication requirements.

23. Modification of Terms
